Cepheno was raised an orphan but when he discovered books at the age of seven he spent most of his time in the library he prefered fantasy but he didn't mind other Genres when he was 11 he was reading and then he stumbled into a hole that appeared out of nowhere when he looked around he met a woman named Mary he told Cepheno that he was a Dinsa and that he was in Kagina a place where stuff from books exist and if Cepheno so chose can read from a book and Kagina would send what he read onto earth Mary told Cepheno there was only 3 Dinsa on Earth and that they were very rare and that they were only told in legends that no one believed. Later that year he got a letter from Hogwarts where he excelled in all the classes keeping that he was a Dinsa a secret
Cepheno is a master swordsman, and well trained in using a dagger. He has one sword on his hip and two daggers hidden in his clothing
Personality: Calm but if angered he will have a dagger at your throat in 3 seconds no less
