The product of an affair between a human and a kitsune, Jonas was given up at birth. The couple that adopted him had been wanting children for a very long time and they were ecstatic. However, not long after his adoption, things took a turn for the worse.
It was discovered that his adopted mother had severe schizophrenia. In order to avoid scandal, his father locked the pair of them away in the mansion. His mother's delusions before more powerful with the years and she became abusive, physicallyand emotionally. Jonas spent years listening to her mindless rantings and feeling her fists upon his flesh. He wasn't permitted to leave, and was even schooled at home. When his kitsune powers came out at fifteen, his mother had a complete breakdown and his father kicked him out.
At fifteen, with no one and no where to go, Jonas did the only thing he could think of. He tracked down his birth parents. Now married, they welcomed him into their odd little family. At least until his mother's father forced her to disown him. He still has his father, Clawz, however, though it has only added to his distrust and inability to feel.
Whether because of his experiences, or his blood, Jonas is a closed off person. He appears to be arrogant, flirtatious and uncaring. He keeps every true emotion locked away under lock and key, where no one can find it.
