Background: She was born to Lily Quintzel (HLW). Lacey doesn't know her father, or who he is.
Random: Lacey spends most of her time wandering the streets of Godric's Hollow or dawdling in Knockturn. Due to her previous hunger, she is extremely skinny - only around 90 pounds. She is a partially shy but very friendly and outgoing person. Lacey is very pale, and courtesy of Justin she now wears a blue lace dress that sinches under the chest, a black lace beanie, and new black Converse. Her hair falls in loose little ringlets to her waist. Lacey is also a metamorphmagus, inherited from her mother. Despite her lack of school, she is quite brilliant. Lacey has learned a few spells; most show her exemplary control over fire. She has pyrokinesis: the ability to create or control fire with the mind. She has owned a female Rhodesian Ridgeback named Zailah since its birth; the creature is very obedient but is thought to have hatched prematurely, which explains her small stature and lack of development. Her accent is mostly British, but occasionally you can hear a bit of Irish kicking in sometimes. She is very, /very/ pale because she doesn't go in the sun very often.
