Goddess AstoriaGalatea aka Astoria Selwyn (She/Her) is a 28 year old (DOB: August 17, 1995) pure-blood witch living in Ottery St. Catchpole. She wields a 13¾" Rosewood, Dragon Heartstring wand, and a member of the unsorted masses of Hogwarts students just off the train eagerly crowding around the Sorting Hat. Her favorite Harry Potter book is Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and her favorite Harry Potter character is Draco Malfoy and Astoria Greengrass.

About Me
Astoria Galatea Selwyn was born into a Pureblood family, ancient in name and regal in breeding, the Selwyns. Her parents sympathized with Pureblood bigotry and desired a son, therefore, when Astoria was born on a beautiful spring morning, she was resented from her first breath of life. From an early age, she was trained in vigilance and discretion and the tiny child in her starched white dress was aware most of the things happening behind the polished facade of her family, one that was respected and held in high esteem.

Astoria had always imagined leaving her closed world and pursuing what she always wanted: freedom and not to be scorned upon. She never experienced an ounce of love or care, but she saw it all around her; a couple walking down the street, a mother and her baby and even a dog and it's master. She was neglected, despised, and degraded from the moment she could think for herself, but Astoria possessed the qualities of intelligence and compassion. Even if she was beautiful, clever and intelligent, she wasn't a boy and her parents had no use of her.
Upon receiving her Hogwarts; letter, she made the choice of her life and left the Selwyn family. With her dark blonde waves and inquisitive blue irises, Toria wanders in search of the only thing she ever yearned for: love; and friendship;. The only thing she had of her own was courage and determination to direct her existence in the right direction along with the ambitions of getting into a few far-fetched adventures.
