Looks: Araluen has quite a curvy body, despite being underweight, and her skin is pale. Her hair is bright silver, and she has dark emerald eyes.
Personality: She isn't quite easy to pin down; her personality changes depending on who she's with. With most people, she retains a cool composure, bordering on sarcastic. With her victims, she's a violent psychopath. And, with those treasured enough to be called friends, she's still a psychopath, yet she doesn't hurt them. On purpose. She has her vices though, like any other person - drinking and smoking, and she does both to an extent
 Family: Araluen has bounced around from family to family, from her home on the streets, to her biological grandfather, and to her adoptive mothers, Sabriel and Ashery. However, those close to her always seem to come to an unfortunate end, and therefore Araluen tends to keep to herself, though she does have a companion on the form of a large hound - Tamin.
Relationships: As expected, Araluen has been single for most of her life, finding that people simply aren't interesting enough to keep around for that long. She does have a servant -Wisteria- who she spoils on the odd occasion, and there is the strangely close friend Kieran, yet she doesn't tend to date him, they simply share the same bed a lot.
Powers: As a witch, Araluen can use normal magic. However, she does tend to dabble in the darker side of things, and she can step through shadows as a form of teleportation, rather than using apparition. She has a slightly unusual relationship with her hound, as Tamin possesses a human mind, and the two converse telepathically, though Tamin tends to keep out of other minds unless invited. Araluen doesn't use her magic an awful lot, and chooses to use the majority of spells to keep her manor in a comfortable state.
