About Me
Cecilia Dragoye is a witch from the past and is the twin sister of Cygnus Dragoye. Her brother was the first one to be sent into the future by their leader and he landed in the present time. Cygnus had contacted Cecilia from the future, explaining that he needed help on the mission their leader assigned him, so she also traveled into the future.
Cecilia is the smarter one of the Dragoye twins while Cygnus is the stronger, but she is equally evil. She is advanced in the Dark Arts so she often assists her leader in carrying out his evil deeds. Cecilia admires her leader, hates Mudbloods and Muggles, and thinks she's too good for all of the other students. She has a bad reputation for her rude attitude but a good reputation for her smarts.
