Delany aka Delany Amber (She/Her) is a 25 year old (DOB: December 21, 1998) pure-blood witch living in Hogwarts. She wields a 12" Redwood, Ashwinder Ash wand, and a member of the unsorted masses of Hogwarts students just off the train eagerly crowding around the Sorting Hat.

 Take a moment, stop at the corner. Yes, there. Now turn your head to the right. You'll see a small girl who looks younger than her age. She has midnight black hair, straight thick tresses that fall to her waist. Her eyes are an almost luminous color, between brown and red, the shade of softly glowing embers. Perhaps it's the intensity in her eyes, or the way she holds herself that suggests to you that her thinking was above one for her age.
Not many people know her background, because hardly any ever look past her loner facade to decipher the girl inside. She came from a pure blood family, but knew not much of them, because they died during He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named's first reign of terror, killed by Order members. She was raised for the first few years of her life by the house elf, but sadly, he passed away a few weeks before she got her Hogwarts letter. The house-elf's ideals followed closely that of her purist parents, therefore, she was taught those same ideals, word for word.
Now Delany stays in Hogwarts, passing day by day, week by week. Her future was long ago set by her parents, reminded of constantly by their legacy, a small crimson red ring worn around her neck on a silver chain. You wouldn't want to know the ring's secrets, so don't ask. Ignorance is bliss, so be well advised.
 Now that Delany has matured a bit, she sees that life isn't what she thought it used to be, and that the real world was far more complicated. Slowly but surely, she began detaching herself from her old ideals, although her pride remained high and intact. She absolutely hates it when someone accuses her of being someone she's not- And has been known to become exactly what she was accused of, in order to exact her revenge on that person.
