Drezerick was born into a wealthy family, the first child of several that were to follow. Sadly, he would know none of them.

Why can't he talk yet? Why doesn't he make noise?" His mother would shout in anger after trying to get the young toddler to say a few simple words. "I know he understands me!"

Drezerick was born mute and that just wouldn't do. After getting the diagnosis confirmed, his parents made him disappear, rumored to have died of a childhood disease.

Drez lived though and was shipped to live in a home for young boys. Life here was hard and Drez discovered that he had a gift at a young age. Having been picked on relentlessly for his difference, he discovered a defense mechanism. He could take on the appearance of other people.

When the nuns running the home discovered his talent, they feared him. Claimed him to be a demon, a freak. No child should have such powers. He was shunned and cast from the home.

For the next 3 years he roamed the streets, using his talent to steal what he needed from local shops. It was easy to get away with crime when you looked like someone else. He wasn't proud, but he was surviving.
