About Me
Born to a obscure, yet talented Spanish swordcrafter, Inigo learned from a young age to distrust the rich and privileged. This lesson was further impounded into him after his father received a commission from the six-fingered Count Rugen. Domingo Montoya put everything he had into the making of this sword, only to later refuse the sale on a matter of principle, believing that the Count was not worthy of wielding such a sword. Upon hearing this, Rugen murdered the man before Inigo's eyes. Immediately, young Inigo challenged the Count to a duel, but the 11-year-old was easily defeated and was left with only scars and a desire for revenge.

Inigo devoted his next ten years of life to becoming the greatest swordsman in the world, training under the best fencers across the globe. After attaining the rank of Wizard, the highest rank possible for a fencer, he decided it was time to search for his father's killer. However, now, another ten years later, he still has yet to hear any word of a six-fingered man. Inigo begins to grow unsure if he will ever succeed in his quest, and the idea propels him into a deep depression, fueled by his alcoholism. Despite the likely futility, he holds onto a grain of hope, and practices what he believes will be the last words his father's killer will ever hear:

"My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father, prepare to die."
