Jacqueline Hillaire is an Elemental Druid; the daughter of a Veela and a Socialite Muggle. Having sworn off human magic, she specializes in Fire Magic and the Hypnotic Charm granted by her Veela blood. She grew up unaware of her mother's magical background, attributing her charm and grace to a lifetime of etiquette lessons, something she, like her father, was afforded.
