Keelie aka Keelie Anne Blackwell (She/Her) is a pure-blood witch. She wields a 8½" Maple, Phoenix Feather wand, and a member of the unsorted masses of Hogwarts students just off the train eagerly crowding around the Sorting Hat.

Keelie Anne Blackwell
Keelie Anne Blackwell was born to two wealthy parents, both of magical blood. She was raised to be proper, as all young ladies are expected to be, but occasionally slipped from that path whenever she was with her friends. Her parents liked to throw fancy parties, and quite often at that. Of course, Keelie was always expected to attend them, but she always found a way to slip away for just a few minutes, but never any longer in fear she'd get caught.
Keelie's parents were more than thrilled when she received her Hogwarts letter. They always knew she would, of course, but what they were waiting to find out was what house she'd get into. Would she be a Ravenclaw like her mother? Or a Slytherin, like her father had been? It was Ravenclaw, for her brilliant mind and love of learning.
Later on in life, Keelie's parents abandoned her. She was left with the family's maid, who barely paid attention to her. They only ever spoke at mealtimes, and never spoke of Keelie's parents. They'd left her, calling her a failure, and that she'd never make it anywhere. Why was she in Ravenclaw? They'd never know. Her only spells was making magical healing cupcakes, and making confetti appear. She was useless in their eyes.
So Keelie stayed with the maid, only because she'd be thrown in an orphanage if she didn't have a gardian. However, Keelie didn't spend much time at home when she was there. She was always off somewhere else, where she could enjoy her "silly" spells as much as she wanted.
