Although she was raised predominately by her father, Loxias, a great portion of her tutelage was under her brother-in-law, Rosario. She holds both men in high regard, often attributing them to the way that she was able to coast through school gracefully. Sabriel flourished in certain classes and scraped by in others, very reminiscent of her father. From a tender age she cultivated an interest in Death and the macabre, which is what she mainly focuses on during her job. It isn't that she's looking to cheat Death, but there's just something fascinating about the things you cannot see.
