Tink was taken from her real family at the ripe age of four. Her mother was insane, they said. Always talking about fairies and sprites. She even said that Tink herself was a fae. They all thought she was crazy, of course, even Tink. So Tink was taken away, and eventually adopted.

No one ever suspected that Tink's mother was right.
