About Me
Tullia is muggle born and lived in Oregon. She loves animals and found out on the Hogwarts Express while she was coming here that she can telepathically talk to them.

She has shoulder length brown hair and blue-green eyes. She sometimes wears glasses, but always has a orange and white kitten named Gizmo, sitting on her shoulder.
